The work of the Mexico Network of Rainbow Catholics (REDCAM) is carried out by dozens of volunteers in many corners of Mexico's geography.

The organization has a Board of Directors that reconciles all of its efforts. They work with the leaders and representatives of the various LGBTI+ Catholic communities which, in themselves, make up the REDCAM. The chairpersons of the various committees that fulfill specific functions of the organization are also included as an essential part of the REDCAM's leadership.

The Mexico Network of Rainbow Catholics is a member of the Global Network of Rainbow Catholics, headquartered in Rome, Italy.

It also holds collaboration alliances and coordinated work with the Archdiocese of Mexico City; the Diocese of Saltillo, Coahuila; the Company of Jesus; the Ignatius Spirituality Center in Guadalajara; the Holy Family Parish in the Roma neighborhood of Mexico City; DignityUSA – Boston; the Arcus Foundation – New York; and the Astaea Lesbian Foundation for Women – New York.
